Established
in 1978 Januarys Building/Architectural Consultancy
now offer a variety of design and technical skills
within Building Surveying and Architecture.
The Department now boasts a wide client base and
has undertaken commissions for national and international
clients in both the public and private sectors.
The range of commissions include the development
of individual industrial and warehouse buildings,
industrial estates, retail and office buildings
and major repair and refurbishment schemes. Within
the public sector Januarys has advised clients on
specialised housing needs, major repair schemes
and planned maintenance of a wide range of buildings.
As well as the design and supervision of building
works we act as “Building Doctors”,
diagnosing problems suggesting cures and supervising
the treatment. In addition we will devise a planned
maintenance programme to avoid defects arising in
the future.
