Desmond has been working in Cambridge for many years and his local knowledge will undoubtedly be beneficial to our professional services team and we look forward to a long fruitful working relationship.”

He is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and did his formal training at Newcastle upon Tyne University where he gained BA Hons and Diploma in Town Planning (DipTP).

Paul has excellent local planning experience beginning his career at South Cambridgeshire District Council where he worked as a Planning Assistant. He progressed on to Development Control Officer at Huntingdonshire District Council where he stayed for 2½ years prior to joining Januarys.

Colin Brown, Director of Planning, said. “We look forward to working with Paul and he will be an integral member of the team. His previous experience within Council departments will put him in good stead to deal with the many intricacies of the planning process.”
