Business mixes with pleasure at Signet Court
December 2011
As Christmas draws near, it can be difficult to give your full attention to work, especially on a Friday afternoon.
So, we have come up with a neat idea which allows business people to go out and enjoy themselves and work hard at the same time.
On Friday 9th December, between 12 noon and 2pm, we are holding an event at 13 Signet Court where everyone attending can both look at some potential new office space whilst at the same time eating mince pies and drinking champagne.
Nick Muncey, who is co-ordinating the event on behalf of Januarys, explained the thinking behind the idea.
“We appreciate that new office space would be a fairly unusual present to find at the top of anyone's Christmas list, as well as giving Santa quite a headache, but we are always looking for innovative ways to market properties.
“If we can give people the opportunity to mix business with pleasure, particularly at this time of year, then so much the better.
“13 Signet Court is a self contained office or R&D space located just to the east of the city centre. It has a net internal area of 1,169 square feet with some extra storage and four parking spaces.
“Signet Court is well positioned on one of Cambridge's main arterial roads and offers good access to the A14 and M11. It comes with vacant possession and an annual rent of £19,000 per annum exclusive.
“The property has been recently refurbished and is now a very smart set of offices.
“As well as the champagne and mince pies, there will be an opportunity to win a hamper from Marks and Spencer, which is another good reason to come along.”
