Januarys wins two new management contracts to add to its growing portfolio.
The firm is now looking after Adkins Corner, on the junction of Cherry Hinton Road and Perne Road, and No. 1 Milton Road.
Adkins Corner is an established mixed use development of retail shops and residential flats. The site includes a supermarket and discount tyre outlet.
No.1 Milton Road, situated on land to the rear of The Portland Arms, was formerly a petrol filling station and garage site. It now consists of a multi-let office building and retail pine shop. The site is ear-marked for future redevelopment.
John Russell, who is handling the contracts on behalf of Januarys said, “These new sites represent two distinct challenges. No. 1 Milton Road is a particularly interesting prospect as it’s been at the centre of various housing plans for a number of years.
“We’re also looking forward to working with the new owners of Adkins Corner to see what plans they have for the area.
“In any event, we’ll use our in depth knowledge of local market conditions and trends to ensure that both new sites gain the best possible return for their owners in the short and long term.”
The two new contracts highlight the range of property styles that Januarys manages. The company is currently looking after a portfolio with a value in excess of £100 million. This includes individual shops and offices, multi-let office blocks, educational buildings and industrial estates across East Anglia.
