New cycle shop lease

At a time when the retail sector seems to be bearing the brunt of the economic slowdown, consultant surveyors, Januarys has helped give a former cycle shop a new lease of life by introducing Truly Bumptious, a retail shop specialising in maternity and baby wear.
Located in the popular village of Histon, the 1,930 sq ft shop was once the home of Bishops cycles a family run cycle sales and repair business.
Commenting Nick Muncey of Januarys said: “This was a particularly pleasing project to work on as all the negotiations and legal work were concluded on Christmas Eve 2008.”
