Consultant Surveyors Januarys are delighted to announce the promotion of Desmond Hirsch MSc FRICS to the Board of Directors at their city offices in Newmarket Road.
Desmond joined Januarys as an Associate in November last year and has been primarily responsible for dealing with valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, dispute resolution, relocation advice and consultancy work. He now heads up the Commercial Services department of the company which is responsible for all agency, professional, property portfolio management and building surveying activities.

We have had a long-standing relationship with him for many years and he brings a wealth of local property knowledge with him that will undoubtedly be very beneficial to our wide ranging group activities.”
Desmond is a well known face in Cambridge having been involved in property in the city for the past 24 years. He was previously Chief Estates Surveyor of Cambridge City Council’s Property Services and was responsible for their commercial portfolio of properties, asset valuations and the voluntary registration of the Council’s landholdings.
