Charity has new home

A charity dedicated to working with homeless people and those wanting to move back into society in Cambridgeshire has found a new permanent building in Wisbeach which it intends to use as a hostel, clinic and half way house for the homeless.
With the professional assistance of consultant surveyors, Januarys, the Ferry Project has completed the purchase of the freehold of an imposing range of GradeII listed buildings at South Brink, Wisbeach.
Januarys provided a valuation and building survey for the Ferry Project as it negotiated the purchase of the building.
The Ferry Project works with the homeless by providing shelters and renting accommodation. It also operates recycling schemes and offers employment opportunities to the homeless to help them back into society.
