Graham Smith promoted to Director

We are very pleased to announce that Graham Smith has been appointed a Director of Januarys
Graham joined Januarys in December 2010 and since then has become an integral member of the Professional Services team, led by Desmond Hirsch.
An RICS Registered Valuer and with over 20 years experience in surveying, Graham has brought to us a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm and this is reflected in his appointment to the Board.
Desmond said “In his first year at Januarys, Graham has worked on several large portfolio valuations both for institutional banks and private investors.”
“Graham has also promoted development and client acquisitions through working closely with our Planning and Agency teams and helping to thoroughly analyse their viability.”
Speaking of his promotion, Graham said “It has been an exciting 12 months and I have enjoyed being part of Januarys’ planned growth and development. I look forward to helping clients to prosper in what will be a challenging year.”
