Office letting secured

Cambridge consultant surveyors, Januarys has got the New Year off to a flying start with the announcement that it has secured one of the largest office lettings in the city for some considerable time.

 

Acting on behalf of NHS Cambridgeshire (formerly the Primary Care Trust), Januarys negotiated the lease of 13,787 sq ft of open plan office space in Lockton House, a landmark building off Brooklands Avenue.

 

As part of the lease negotiations NHS Cambridgeshire has been granted a reverse premium in order to undertake essential fitting out works.

 

Lockton House is located just a short walk from Cambridge railway station, is close to main bus routes including the Park & Ride service.
