Consultant surveyors Januarys has recently been instructed on the management of Lockton House, Clarendon Road, Cambridge which was acquired by SJK Properties Limited in march earlier this year.
The property, a six storey office block comprising approximately 28,000 sq ft of accommodation, is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment.
The 2nd – 5th floors have recently been let to the Cambridge PCT who will be taking occupation towards the end of July 2009. The ground and first floors are available to let.
