New Directors

We are pleased to annouce that Robert Harrison and Graham Smith have been appointed as Directors.
Graham Smith joined us in December 2010 and since then has become an integral member of the Professional Services team, led by Desmond Hirsch.
A RICS Registered Valuer and with over 30 years’ experience in surveying, including the valuation of commercial properties and landlord and tenant work, Graham previously established a Commercial Professional Department for Savills' Peterborough office. He has also run his own surveying practice.
During his first twelve months at Januarys, Graham has worked on several large portfolio valuations both for institutional banks and private investors. He has also promoted development and client acquisitions.
Rob Harrison, meanwhile, comes to the role with more than eleven years' experience in the property business and has previously worked at Savills, Knight Frank and Cluttons.
Most recently he has been Development Land Director for John Martin and Associates. In that role Rob had responsibility for overseeing the residential development land department of both John Martin and of its parent company, King West. His role included working with developers, landowners, planners, and other stakeholders to effect land transactions and the delivery of residential development sites. Rob will be carrying out a similar role in his new post at Januarys.
