Januarys acting on behalf of Becker Acroma Ltd are please to announce the successful acquisition of the Quadrant Building Homefield Road Haverhill on a new lease.
Januarys were instructed to seek a warehouse premises of between 40,000-60,000sq ft within a 20 mile radius of Haverhill to set up a national distribution Head Quarters for this highly successful Swedish paint manufacturing premises.
A short list of 3 properties were considered and on balance it was agreed that the Quadrant comprising a prominent corner plot was the most appropriate extending in total to Circa 5,862 m2 (63,100sq ft) on a site of 0.667ha (1.65 acres)
Januarys agreed terms between the Landlords DJA Developments Ltd and the Tenant Becker Acroma to take a new lease for a term of 3 years at a rental of £250,000.
All parties are delighted with the outcome and it proves that even allowing for the difficult prevailing economic conditions, if all parties are prepared to be pragmatic a successful solution can be found.
