Januarys has appointed Tim Fell to be a management surveyor in their property management team.
Bedford based Tim has previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton and the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and brings a wealth of experience to Januarys from both his previous positions.
“We’re delighted that Tim is joining the team,” said Januarys John Russell. “His main role will be to provide a full range of management services and advice to our property owner and investor clients.
“I’m particularly pleased that Tim has spent time in both the public and private sector. His work with the VOA will bring an added and valuable insight into our dealings with them.
“This is particularly relevant at present as many of our clients are in the middle of appealing against their new Business Rate valuations which came into force on April 1st.
“A knowledgeable team of professionals can reduce the final rate demand by up to 25% in some cases and Tim will enable us to enhance still further the service we offer our clients in this and many other fields.”
