Mortgage Valuations

Ward Howard Rowlett acts in association with Allied Surveyors PLC to offer mortgage valuations for virtually all major lending institutions together with the traditional local lenders such as the Cambridge Building Society.

 

A mortgage valuation is a report normally commissioned by the mortgage company prior to agreeing to provide mortgage funding to a prospective home buyer, or for refinancing by the home owner. The report is designed to reassure the mortgage company that the property concerned provides satisfactory security for the loan they intend to advance in terms of value and saleability. It should not be confused with a survey commissioned by the prospective purchaser who needs to be made aware of potential problems or the need for repair.

 

Allied Surveyors PLC is a national company which enjoys panel appointments with the mainstream lenders and we are the Cambridgeshire associated company offering their services. As panel valuers for the lenders we can often combine both the mortgage valuation for the lender with a survey for the purchasers at a reduced fee so saving the purchaser potential duplication of costs.
