Our Building Surveying department offers a full complement of Building Surveying and Architectural Services for residential and industrial properties. Our Service includes: Acquisition Building Surveys, Schedules of Condition and Repair and Specialist Building Pathology advice. Party Wall Advice, Dilapidations and Project Management/Monitoring are also undertaken.
We also offer architectural services for new build, extensions, conversions and alterations including: feasibility studies, measured building surveys, preparation of drawings for
planning applications and for Building Regulation approvals, preparation of specifications using the National Building Specification (NBS) and schedules of work.
Construction monitoring including; inviting and evaluating tenders and appointing contractors, monitoring the progress of works.
