- Rejoined Januarys in 2007 and currently heads up a team offering a wide range of commercial property expertise.
- Chief Estates Surveyor, Cambridge City Council 1990 – 2007 heading Property Services, a team of about six professionals. Responsible for:
- Asset Management, Valuations, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Building Surveyor Services and Electronic Mapping, including Land Registry registration of all Council property.
- Representing the Council in numerous Development Projects, Acquisitions and Disposals
- Project Management Guildhall VIC, Customer Access, Gwydir Street Offices conversion.
- Black Horse, Januarys, Assistant Manager, Royston Office 1986 - 1990
- I was responsible for both commercial and residential valuations and agency instructions.
- Previous experience in Scientific Instrument import, export, manufacture, purchase, sale & warehousing.

- Director in charge of the Commercial Services team.
