Our Finance Director, David Foord, heads up the Finance Team. With overall responsibility for all non-fee-earning aspects of the business, including Finance, Human Resources, ICT and Facilities, David can draw upon a wealth of experience in quoted and private companies as well as the public sector, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
Ruth Dunn is our Financial Controller, who has day-to-day responsibility for managing both the company’s funds and our client’s monies.
The team also includes a dedicated Client Accountant, Jess Garrett, who issues rent remands, collects rents, pays contractors and remits funds to landlords, for a wide variety of commercial and residential properties.
