Main areas of reponsibility
- Many long-standing clients, together with a steady stream of new referral business. Recent work includes:-
- Acquisition and advice for Grosvenor/USS on the Monsanto site for 1200 houses at Trumpington;
- Advising Network Rail on Cambridge Station land and 50 acres at Chesterton Sidings
- Acting for six NHS trusts on a wide range of asset matters with several large land sales emerging;
- Land assembly and strategic advice on a 70 acre site in King’s Lynn;
- Advising a range of high-net-worth clients on investment and asset-management issues;
- General valuation and associated Capital Gains tax matters.
