MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR

We require a Management Surveyor to assist with the running of a busy Property Management department of an established firm of commercial property surveyors based in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be involved in the management of a diverse property portfolio for a wide range of clients in East Anglia. 

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor to develop their career in an exciting and busy environment. The position would suit a recently or part qualified MRICS surveyor although those qualified by experience will be considered.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in all aspects of day-to-day property management including inspections, landlord and tenant issues and service charge administration.   The role is client-facing and candidates should be organised, articulate and enthusiastic with good written, IT and communication skills.
